When a large industrial company required guidance on the development of a new service for business users, it looked to Baines Associates. This involved depth interviews with potential users to discuss their potential uptake of the service and a discussion of the proposition features needed in such a service and the price they were willing to pay. Feedback, including guidance on branding naming, was provided and the service was eventually released and commercially successful.
