Executive Development for Universities
Baines Associates have worked extensively with university clients to:
- Develop a unique module around public opinion polling and political marketing for a Swedish university for Masters degree students. This required the design, development and delivery of the module in the host country to 29 students, including face to face and online content development and assessment.
- Develop a module on strategic marketing for executive students on a MBA apprenticeship programme for a UK university. This required the design, development and delivery of the module for 56 executive student apprentices, including the design of a face to face 2 day executive workshop and extensive online content development built around the Marketing 4E textbook by Baines, Fill, & Rosengren (published by Oxford University Press, 2017).
Develop a workshop on strategic marketing for an open executive general management programme for a Saudi Arabian tertiary training and development institute over a number of different years. This required the design, development and delivery of the face to face workshop, and on occasion, designing and running a similar bespoke strategic marketing course for Saudi corporate partners of the institute.
- Develop sales executives and managers of a global multinational technology company to develop and critique key account plans, as part of a wider programme for sales personnel offered by a world-leading executive education focused business school.
